Unfortunately for Don, the evidence that CO 2 is responsible for global warming over the last 150 years doesn’t exist. The temperature record over this period shows no correlation between the two.
While CO 2 increased sharply from 1940 onwards, temperatures decreased. Again, from 1998 till now temperatures have decreased while CO 2 has continued to increase. The graph Nick Smith uses to promote his propaganda bears this out.
The conclusion; CO 2 does not cause and never has caused climate warming.
The more I research climate change the more obvious it becomes that other factors (primarily solar variation) causes climate change. Both cooling and warming result from these factors. Read more.
